Objective of the meeting: To acquaint with new members of Badabon Sangho and to make them familiar with the organization’s vision, mission and strategies which works for women’s rights, women’s land rights, protection from abuse for females, climate change etc.
An orientation workshop for new team members was organized by the local team of Badabon Sangho on 14-15th June 2023 at CODEC Training Center, Bagerhat. In the workshop new members were introduced with the existing members. They exchanged information about their occupation, lifestyle, family background etc. New members were also informed about awareness of women’s empowerment by means of fighting for equality in social and economic circumstances. Administration, finance and human resource policies of Badabon Sangho were discussed as well.
