  • All children, girls, women and vulnerable adults have the right to be protected from harm regardless of their age, culture, disability, sex, language, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, pregnancy/maternity, gender reassignment and/or sexual orientation.
  • Our physical and virtual spaces should promote safe and secure, enjoyable and positive experiences.
  • All suspicions and complaints of damage should be taken seriously and responded to promptly and appropriately.
  • All staff should be aware of their responsibilities to ensure the safety of children, girls, women and vulnerable adults.
  • All staff in the organization will be aware of the responsibilities and ensure the protection of children, girls, women and vulnerable adults.
  • During our recruitment processes we must ensure that our team members/ vendors/ contractors/ suppliers do not in any way pose a risk of harm to women or girls or children or vulnerable adults.
