Ms. Naima is responsible for overall programme including prevention and response mechanism to confront violence against women and girls. She was our young researcher of Feminist Participatory Action Research (FPAR) on women’s land rights supported by APWLD. Ms. Laila is responsible for overall land rights programme that include women’s land and water-bodies rights. Targeting the women landowners and fisher-folks communities, she is managing programme within the public and private investment setting. Mr. Khan Faruk is one of the founding team members of Badabon Sangho. He is responsible for public awareness on women’s land rights, organic farming and state land acquisition. Ms. Lipi Rahman is one of our founding members, General Secretary of Executive Committee and Executive Director of Badabon Sangho since 2015. She was worked with number of non-profit organisation at management level. She has strong capacity in team management, communication, networking and advocacy. Ms. Khadeja Begum is particularly responsible for women’s fisher-folk association facilitation at the belt of Bay of Bengal and Sundarban. She is one of our group members of fisherfolk communities. She is facilitating courtyard sessions and protest with the demand of fisher-folks rights. She feels and speaks for her women fisher-folk communities, most vulnerable.

Mashfia Moazzem Ananya
Ms. Mashfia Ananya, completed Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern University Of Business And Technology Khulna. Being a student of business management and administration, she has been motivated to work with the non-profit sector. In addition, she is a quick learner, hard-worker and pro-poor person. Currently she is supporting a number of project management and programme support unit.
Ms. Afsana, completed Masters in Social works under University of Dhaka and started working with not-for-profit sector. Prior to join to Badabon Sangho, she completed internship with national grant making human rights and governance organization- Manusher Jonno Foundation. She is a quick learner, hard-worker and pro-poor person. Currently she is supporting a number of project and programme with women migrant worker rights.
Shima Mukharjee Adhora
Ms. Adhora is key field player who is responsible for implementation of the programme with women returnee migrant workers. She did her masters in political science. She has local presence, relations with stakeholders and come up from women returnee groups. Prior to join with Badabon Sangho she worked for BRAC with women and girls.
Mamun Ur Rashid

Mamun Ur Rashid has long experience on women land rights as well as overall Bangladeshi land administration- he worked for the EU funded Land Governance project for five years. At the ground level, he facilitating number of tools and methods in order to promote participation of the women landowners in the land administration. He did Masters in Political Science under University of Dhaka. Mr. Mamun is extremely focus and field oriented development activist- has long experiences of working with BRAC, VSO, HelpAge, ACDI/VOCA, Uttaran, UNDP and MJF.
