Ms. Naima Jahan (32 years) was joined as Young Researcher in the action research with Badabon Sangho. She has good knowledge on community mobilisation, group formation, research conduction, courtyard meeting/session facilitation and stakeholder’s communication, etc. She born, brought up and has working presence in Bagerhat. Goutom Kumar Saha
Goutom Kumar Saha, was experienced on accounting and recording keeping with number of national non-profit organisation. He joined with Badabon team in 2019 and responsible for project’s accounts and finance management. He did bachelor degree on accounting.
Mst. Laila Khatoon
Mst. Laila Khatoon, was worked with British Council as Active Citizenship training facilitator. She is committed and out-spoken on the issue of the women rights, violence against women and girls. Ms. Laila did masters on History from National University. She is responsible for programme management, training facilitation, group mobilisation and legal counselling to targeted beneficiaries.
Nasrin Khatun joined with us since January 2019 as Accounts Officer. She did Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and worked as intern with Badabon Sangho. She has strong understanding and knowledge on local communities as she born and brought up in Rampal upazila. S.K. Waly Ullah, experienced both in accounts and administration with number of non profit and profit making organisations. He did masters in Accounting from National University. He is responsible for human resources and administration departments of Badabon Sangho.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
AL-Amin Ejaradar has been working with Badabon Sangho since 2018. He is responsible for Android mobile application based land data collection, GIS map preparation, para-surveyor management and other IT works of organisation. He did diploma in Engineering. Programme Support and Admin Officer
Mistia Kaberi joined with Badabon Sangho team in March 2020. Prior to Badabon Sangho she worked
for Democracy Watch’s `Active Citizenship’ programme supported by British Council as well
Uttran’s `Land Programme’ supported by European Union. Her roles was focused on training module
development, facilitation and reporting with youth and women landowners. She did her masters in
Economics and received number of training and skill development courses. Ms. Mistia is very good
in communication, programme support and team management.
Khan Faruk has been working with Badabon Sangho since 2015. He is responsible for public awareness on women’s land rights and state land acquisition. He has strong capacity of volunteer management, Android mobile apps based data collection and land mapping. He did diploma on agriculture science. Ms. Gayatri Biswas has been working with Badabon Sangho since 2016. She is responsible for public awareness on violence against women, rights of women fisher folk and girl child abuse. Ms. Nurun Nahar has been working with Badabon Sangho since 2018. She is responsible for public awareness on women’s land rights and access to water-bodies. Rabeya Khatun Lipi
Rabeya Khatun Lipi joined with Badabon Sangho in January 2020. Prior to Badabon Sangho she worked for BRAC focusing on women empowerment and nutrition programme at community level. Along with that she joined in Badabon Sangho’s women organisation and became took over the role of Programme Officer. Currently Ms. Rabeya lead work to aware women and her household members on women’s land documents, health hygiene, food, nutrition and reproductive health rights. She has strong capacity to mobilise and organise women as well as courtyard session facilitation, communication with diverse stakeholders.
Khadeja Begum joined with Badabon Sangho in January 2020. She joined in Women fisherfolk organisation in 2018, was facilitated meetings, sessions and protest with the demand of fisher-folks rights in Bay of Bengal belt, surrounding of Sundarbans areas. She is a women fisher-folk and earning income for her family. She feels and speaks for her women fisher-folk communities, most vulnerable. Within the straggling situation, Ms. Khadeja did her bachelor degree in social science.
