Mashfia Moazzem Ananya
Ms. Mashfia Ananya, completed Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern University Of Business And Technology Khulna. Being a student of business management and administration, she has been motivated to work with the non-profit sector. In addition, she is a quick learner, hard-worker and pro-poor person. Currently she is supporting a number of project management and programme support unit.
Ms. Mahamuda is responsible for urban women’s rights programme management in Kuakata municipality, particularly rights of the indigenous and marginalised women in climate vulnerable cities areas at Bay of Bengal belt. Ms. Khadeja Begum is particularly responsible for mobilising, organising and educating women fisher-folk communities. She is one of our group members in women fisherfolk association and working in our team. She is facilitating courtyard sessions and protest with the demand of fisher-folks rights in Bay of Bengal belt, surrounding of Sundarbans areas. She is a women fisher-folk and earning income for her family. She feels and speaks for her women fisher-folk communities, most vulnerable. Mamun Ur Rashid has long experience on women land rights as well as overall Bangladeshi land administration- he worked for the EU funded Land Governance project for five years. At the ground level, he facilitating number of tools and methods in order to promote participation of the women landowners in the land administration.
