The Bi-monthly Discussion Meeting with the Women’s Federation on September 13, 2023, focused on women’s sexual rights, health, and climate change impact. Attended by 11 women, discussions highlighted climate shifts, health challenges, societal stigmas, and women’s economic independence. Leaders emphasized women’s disproportionate vulnerability to climate changes, linking salinity to health issues. Debates arose on remarriage, citing the Prophet’s example. The event underscored the neglect of women’s post-marriage sexual-health and childbirth issue. A touching account of a leader’s cervical cancer highlighted the need for women’s sexual health awareness. The meeting concluded advocating proactive awareness and care for sexual health while urging economic empowerment avenues for women. Follow-up plans included integrating sexual health discussions in local courtyard meetings.
