Discussion on the Badabon Sangho’s strategic planning and external and internal issues was valuable for both team members and board members. Prior to the strategic planning workshop, team and board members were engaged in the field level consultations and find out external threats and opportunities together. Similarly, internal strengthens and weakness were discussed and agreed.

From 24-25 Sept 2022, a Basic Orientation workshop was held at Bagerhat-based training centre. A total of 23 new team members participated in this residential workshop for two consecutive days. Badabon Sangho along with other local level women-led CSOs has organised a press conference in in the National Press Club in Dhaka on Tuesday, 13 August 2022. At a conference, speaker demanded a standalone legal instrument for the climate victims under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The demand comes at a time
