Women’s Federation’s Coordination Meetings, 17 Jan 2023

Women federation organised bi-monthly coordination meetings on 17 Jan 2023 at Fayla. This was the first coordination meeting of the newly elected committee for the next two years. In the meetings, several issues like ongoing coaching, exposure visits for members, strategic planning meetings, etc were discussed. Few decisions for collective actions are discussed i.e., a) outline for the annual general meetings; b) outline of the leadership coaching; c) training on the saline tolerant rice; c) revision of safeguard policy; d) courtyard meetings’ module, etc were decided in the meeting. The meeting concluded with the hope that women leaders will go a long way by gaining capabilities alongside men.
