Women federation organised bi-monthly coordination meetings on 08 Feb 2023 at Mongla. This was the first coordination meeting of the newly elected committee for the next two years.
In the meetings, several issues like ongoing fisher-folk coaching, exposure visits for members, strategic planning meetings, fisher-folk association meetings etc were discussed. Few decisions for collective actions are discussed i.e, a) outline for the annual planning meetings; b) outline of the leadership coaching; c) training on the saline tolerant rice; c) fisher-folk card; d) courtyard meetings’ module, e) outline for the annual general meeting, etc were decided in the meeting.
The coordination meeting ended very well and its objectives were achieved.
