Women federation group members organized bi-monthly coordination meetings on 14th May 2023 at Rampal in Bagerhat. Leaders and members, total 13, participated in the meeting. In the meetings, several issues like ongoing coaching, exposure visits for members, strategic planning meetings, etc were discussed. Few decisions were taken i.e., a) outline of the leadership coaching; b) training on organic cropping; c) revision of safeguard policy; d) courtyard meetings’ module, etc. The meeting concluded with the hope that women leaders will go a long way.
