Women federation group members organised bi-monthly coordination meetings on 16th May 2023 at Mongla in Bagerhat. A total of 12 group members participated in the meeting.
In the meetings, several issues like ongoing fisher-folk coaching, exposure visits for members, strategic planning meetings, fisher-folk association meetings etc were discussed. Few decisions for collective actions are discussed i.e, a) outline of the leadership coaching; b) training on organic cropping; c) fisher-folk card; d) courtyard meetings’ module; etc were decided in the meeting.
The coordination meeting ended very well and its objectives were achieved.
