Badabon Sangho organized a series of training session on November 25, 28, 29 & 30, where 120 adolescents were present. The session focused on developing their leadership skills and qualities. Additionally, the session aimed to raise awareness about gender inequality in society and to increase responsibility and power to reduce disparity. Participants were asked to choose a friend among themselves who they were not familiar with before. They shared information such as name, favorite color, favorite food, future dreams, and academic background. Then they introduced each other without revealing their own identity. After that, a session was conducted on gender issues. In this session participant share their experience, liking disliking and dream. Participants also worked in 3 groups. At the end they shared their feelings with enthusiasm.
