The Women’s Land Rights Network (WLRN) convened a Learning and Sharing Meeting at Proshika Training Center, Koitta, Manikganj, on September 16, 2023. Representatives from 11 WLRN organizations discussed governance, operational activities, and progress, covering topics like data collection, organizational feedback, team and federation formation, bank loans, organizational documents, and project proposals. Highlights from the past three months included team formation, increased awareness of women’s land ownership, and capacity-building through training. Organizations such as ARD, Achik-Michi Society, and BRAC showcased achievements and challenges, underscoring the positive impact on women’s leadership and community development. The meeting aimed to foster collaboration and address key issues related to women’s land rights.
