The exposure visits of women leaders of the Federation to Kuakata Sea Beach on November 10-11, 2023, was aimed to improve mental health and foster leadership. Attended by -23 federation leaders and 3 Badabon Sangho employees, it began with a welcome speech and discussions on Badabon Sangho’s vision. Activities included a cultural evening showcasing dance, song, and storytelling. The following day got started with a sunrise event, followed by a detailed meeting on Badabon Sangho’s progress and women leaders’ roles. Outcomes include promoting unity among federation members, their participation in future activities, contributing to the Sangho’s vision, innovation in fieldwork, and promoting leaderships among women. The program concluded with souvenir presentations.
