Badabon Sangho has organized an annual planning workshop for 2023 at Ashrai training Centre in Rajshahi on 16th to 17th December 2022. In this meeting executive committee members, federation leaders and team members worked together and came up with a fresh work plan.
Programme lead have described programme’s strategies, achievement and learning, which was helpful to understand the total picture. Outcome harvest session, team divided in six groups and visited programme-wise last year’s progress, and activities. By visiting each programme presentation, they discussed the challenges and next year’s strategy as well.
Monitoring and reporting tools’ were discussed and new tools are being developed. Team enjoyed the cultural activities in the evening and also elected the new management committee for the team’s provident fund.
Second day, the main activity was to prepare the activities plan aligned with programme strategy and allocate its budget. Festivals and monson seasons were considered in the plan. A new and revised organograms was also explained.
The participants have participated in different types of games and have visited the local areas. By participating in this annual planning workshop, the team has been refreshed particularly those who are working in traumatic and mental pressure. They clearly understood organisational governance and future strategy and were proud of being part of the workshop.
