Women Federation is one of the key decision making tiers for Badabon Sangho, federation committee members are keeping coordination and communication amongst groups and members. Rampal women federation election and annual general meeting was held on 18 Oct 2022 at Kalekharber School. 11 leaders have been directly elected by the vote of groups’ leaders. Congratulation to new committee of federation.
Women federation has leadership of 11 members (i.e., a) president, b) vice president, c) general secretary, d) treasurer, e) organising secretary) and six executive members. Necessarily these members are the key points for keeping communication amongst groups and its members. Members are described as human rights defenders in the community. Federation facilitates monthly/bi-monthly meetings. In those meetings, members consult each of the issues and take strategic decisions for Badabon Sangho.
