Badabon Sangho organized an orientation on financial resilience programme at CODEC training centre, Bagerhat on 25-26 Nov 2022. Sessions include how to select women group members, village survey methods, cross checking with other stakeholders and group committee formation. Then, participants learned about the techniques of the courtyard sessions, communication materials that would be used in sessions.
Disaster preparation, groups’ savings and importance of the preparation have been discussed in the meeting. Finally safeguarding policy and its implication was discussed in the workshop.
The participants also asked some questions and instructors answered them and cleared their doubts. In this orientation programme the participants learn about women group members selection, admit, committee, courtyard sessions methods, subjects, materials, savings methods, expenses, deposits and safeguarding policy. It will help them to work and hopefully they will do better in their position.
