Annual Planning Workshop of Badabon Sangho, 12-13 October 2023

The Badabon Sangho’s Annual Planning Workshop on October 12-13, 2023, at Cox’s Bazar BRAC Learning Center attended by 39 participants (24 women, 15 men).  The Objectives of the workshop were to strengthen staff relationships, provide mental health support, football match, team building, showcase the organization’s year-long achievements, present financial budgets, annual activities, and organizational structure. The workshop commenced with interactive sessions with impactful speeches by key figures.  Key achievements of the past year include advancements in women’s leadership, land- rights, agricultural-rights, access to water-body, economic opportunities, climate resilience, and prevention of violence against women.  The event concluded with a cultural program, underlining all-encompassing and collaboration within the organization’s framework for the upcoming year.
