Discussion on the Badabon Sangho’s strategic planning and external and internal issues was valuable for both team members and board members. Prior to the strategic planning workshop, team and board members were engaged in the field level consultations and find out external threats and opportunities together. Similarly, internal strengthens and weakness were discussed and agreed.
The planning workshop was for 26-27 Sept 2022, where 11 team members and 2 board members were joined and coming up with out-of-box’s points. Internal weakness and strengths were further revisited and agreed together. Most importantly, team has understood the process, by which strategic plan would be discussed, debated and agreed. Finally the team has agreed to finalize the strategic plan 2023-2027 by next one month. The two days long workshop was organised in CSS Ava Centre, Khulna.
