Girls football team in Karanigonj has organized a monthly meeting on 25 May 29, 2023 within their members. The purpose of the meeting is to continue group discussion on different development issues like, safety-security on social media, health-hygiene and community actions. 15 football team members participated in the meeting and openly discussed their parents’ impressions of the football game and tournament. In the meeting, the girls share their classroom experiences, understanding with friends, teachers and parents. Particularly, some members pointed out their experiences for managing and using social media. Many other important issues were discussed in the meeting such as a) how to study stories; b) how to promote peer education; c) how to use social media; d) prevention of early marriage; etc. Members facilitate questions-answer amongst themselves. A girl named Salma said, ’I learned many things in the meeting which I didn’t know before, especially the safety-security of social media‘.
