Breast Cancer Awareness and Capacity-Building Workshop

On February 10, 2025, a workshop on breast cancer detection and healthcare was held in Kamrangirchar, Dhaka with 38 women in observance of World Cancer Day. The workshop aimed to raise awareness among women about breast cancer, its early detection, and preventive measures. The session was facilitated by Harmony Trust, covered self-examination techniques, risk factors, and available healthcare support. Participants gained practical knowledge and responsibilities to take proactive steps in combating breast cancer. This successfully empowered women with essential skills and knowledge to promote early diagnosis and better health outcomes.
