The learning-sharing meeting was held on December 22, 2023, at Badabon Sangho office, 14 women groups’ leaders were participated. Meeting covered discussion of the past one year’s activities, new training initiatives, institutional changes, and plans to scale up network movements. Women leaders introduced themselves and their organizations, sharing recent significant activities. New members were welcomed, and discussions focused on upcoming two training programs on learning documentation including cyber security and care. Members expressed the need for enhanced reporting and documentation skills to showcase their work effectively.
Second tiers capacity of network members’ organisation and their roles in programme management were clearly discussed in the meeting. It was decided that future leadership should be come from the second tiers of groups. UNTF (a donor organisation) published a call for funding, where network will apply for joint activities – was agreed.
They emphasized the importance of transparent information management and visual documentation for organizational growth. The meeting reviewed network’s past activities and accomplishments, encouraging mutual feedback from the participating organizations. It highlighted successful local-level programs, campaigns for women’s rights, and increased outreach to disadvantaged women, showcasing the network’s impact and extended operations
