Since 2021, Badabon Sangho and others women-led feminist group across the country working together and accelerating the women’s land rights movement at ground level. Due to covid-19 pandemic it was to difficult to organize any event for members and talked on field learning and challenges. Right after pandemic, groups planned and organized a start-up workshop, (17-18 May 2022) at Sayantan Supriya Centre, Gazipur. A total of 13 women leaders (including 4 indigenous leaders) came across the country and joined the workshop.
Workshop facilitated number of sessions including learning, challenges, land grabbing experiences and feminist leadership building, local movement building, stakeholder/power mapping and annual planning. At the end of the workshop a one year collective action plan is in place.
