A training was held on26th July 2023 at CNB Bazaar office, organized by the group members, team members and women leaders of Badabon Sangho.
Purpose of the training: to enlighten the women group leaders about safeguarding.
Explaining the definition of safeguarding, identifying the vulnerable individuals, recognizing the stories of misuse and negligence, improving the quality of efficient communication, keeping proper records of such misusages and negligence and to make the members capable of being able to report such cases were the main lessons of the training period. The learning event was elaborated by means of true stories and practical experience from our daily lives.
Participants are now more aware of safeguarding than previously.
