International rural women day 2023 hosted by Badabon at different locations across Bangladesh 

International Rural Women’s Day 2023 observed at different offices across Bangladesh. Badabon Sangha, in Rampal Upazila, hosted an event on 23 October, attended by 62 individuals, spotlighting rural women’s contributions and empowering over 700 women through training. Similarly, a rally and discussion meeting held at Keraniganj on 15 October 2023 in Dhaka strengthened women’s rights and entrepreneurship and increased awareness of rural women. Additionally, an event in the Bagerhat DC office held on 18 Oct 2023 highlighted women’s contributions in agriculture and emphasized demands for affordable resources and government support. Rural Women’s Day on October 25, 2023, held at Fakirhat, 60 people attended. The event aimed to increase awareness on agriculture and climate change impact.
