A training on Group and Federation Management was conducted with the aim for strengthening leadership and organizational skills of group members during August 2-3, 2024. 18 members of the Women’s Land Rights Network attended the training. In the training the group members engaged through interactive sessions like group work on creating organizations and role-playing to understand conflict resolution. Besides, topics like need for forming organizations, importance of forming women’s teams to address social issues i.e. land disputes, river erosion, salinity, dowry, child marriage, polygamy and violence against women, the roles of women in leadership, managing conflicts within organizations, and the process of managing federations discussed throughout the training. Throughout the training participants learned the essential aspects of federation management, including election processes, leadership roles, and how federations can advocate for women’s rights leading to empowerment
