Badabon Sangho has been implementing programme and operate in a way that supposed to ensure gender equity. However, it is expectation from the group’s members, team, board members to conduct gender audit regarding organizational policies and programme delivery. To make it, a series of consultations have been conducted with team members, groups members and leaders, field front-line team members. Similarly, key informant interviews have been conducted with stakeholders like network members, local elected representatives, govt officials. Independent consultant has been conducting the audit with technical assistance of International Land Coalition (ILC). Finally, documentation of FGDs and KII have been compiled and presented to validate it amongst groups’ representatives. Validation workshop was held on 09 Feb 2025 where 19 participants participated.
