Badabon Sangho has facilitated annual general meeting of general committee on 16 May 2025, at Dhaka liaison office. Total 18 members amongst 21 were participated in the meeting and discussed annual budget, work plan, major decisions regarding field operation, policy changes (i.e. finance and HR), ongoing policies development (i.e. cost sharing, time sharing, succession plan, safeguarding, advocacy and networking, do no harm) and general fund management. It was also discussed about the training centre construction and how its would be added value in the organizational growth and group members capacity building. In the meeting, members watched some video documentaries on fisherfolk communities and women landowners which make them aware of programme strategies. Most of the general committee members were came from field level to Dhaka and able to visit some historic places in Dhaka as well.
