Women federation leaders facilitated quarterly meetings at Fakirhat to discuss about the field programme and operation. Meeting was attended by 12 women leaders and they discussed ongoing agriculture programme and inputs support. Summer seasonal vegetable cultivation particularly distributing the cash support to seed procurement and compost fertilizers- they talked.
Ongoing monitoring interview with women farmers who are participated in the agriculture activities, changes in income, assets and expenses of these farmers were in the meeting agendas. Federation leaders agreed and decided to assist monitoring team in order to compare seasonal income of farmers’ householder. Coaching on public speaking and articulation were also practiced in the meeting time.
