Indigenous women leadership development workshop

Indigenous women groups organized leadership development workshop for the period of 23-25 April 2025. Three days long workshop include meeting with indigenous women groups, two meetings with indigenous women handicrafts groups, two meetings with indigenous women farmers, one training to indigenous women groups. The purpose of the workshop was to improve indigenous women groups’ skills and bring out their needs and constraints in order to develop campaign and advocacy. Total 56 indigenous women participated in the workshop. It is important to mention two (2) NOREC exchange participants were facilitated the workshop and enjoyed Bangladeshi indigenous peoples’ festivals and welcome.
