Badabon Sangho has strong mandate to ensure safeguard to all of the group members, federation leaders, volunteers, girls groups, and team members. To make it happen, Programme Support Manager visited women groups and facilitated sessions on safeguarding and how to report to the safeguarding focal person. Sessions were supported by the training materials and aids. Total 127 women and girls of southwest region (i.e. Bagerhat, Kochua, Fakirhat, Rampal and Mongla) were participated in these sessions. Separate sessions were organized for girls groups as well. It is expected that some changes will propose in the safeguarding policy, ultimately will be recommended to the board members.
