Organizational Capacity Assessment Workshop (OCA) was conducted

With support of The Netherlands Embassy and technical support of Save the Children, an Organizational Capacity Assessment Workshop (OCA) was conducted with Badabon Sangho’s senior management and mid-level team. It was rigorous process of assessment conducted by the Harmony Trust for two days long at Dhaka office, 5-6 November 2024. 
The purpose of the workshop is to bring out the consensus regarding organisational needs and constraints which are helpful for developing the programme, governance and reporting system. Most importantly, the assessment team tried to learn more about organisation’s strength, capacities being a women’s rights and women-led organisation. In the workshop, opportunities and challenges were discussed into three segments named To Be, To Do ad To Relate which had also several sub points. 
Composition and leadership, effectiveness of governance system, gender sensitive workplace environment, and voices of group members in planning and reporting and the integration of gender perspective in relevance with financial decisions were debated in sessions. 
At end of the workshop, at final report was prepared and validated with the team. Total 19 team members were participated in the workshop and enjoyed to share their thoughts.
