Badabon Sangho team members organized a workshop on financial management on 12,13 Feb 2023 at CODEC training centre in Bagerhat. The purpose of the workshop was to share and establish common understanding amongst program and account team members.
In the workshop, several issues like a) prerequisite documentation for programme activities, b) terms and conditions for purchasing including sole sourcing, c) vendor listing for procurements, etc. In addition, the workshop discussed the annual budget, line items, responsible accounts persons, programme team members, monthly reporting template, safeguarding policy and manual, etc.
At the end of the report, the team has common understanding on the annual budget and financial management guidance.
