On 28 th November, 2024 team members arranged its 10 th programme lead meeting placed in Dhaka office. The purpose of the meeting was to review monthly programme progress, challenges, learning and field activities plan. Five agendas were included i.e. a) discussion on monthly results and events; b) discussion case stories; c) field visit plans; d) discussion on field activities and collaboration between budget and accounts; e)learning sharing of team members’ international visits. Meeting decided that programme officers will submit quarterly result reports and will visit each programme field in the month of December. Two team members shared their experience of United Nations Climate Change Conference (Cop-29). Total 15 team members were participated in the meeting and also learned about few topics like union council, stakeholders, advocacy, lobby, campaign, participation, networking and mobilization.
